In 2022 we purchased this vacant land with intent to build a mixed use of 150 luxury units and 10,000 sq ft of commercial space. It is across the street from Branch Brook Park and its adjacent sports complex.

Mulberry Pointe

315 Mulberry St, Newark, NJ

Currently in the approval process for a two luxury apartment towers with a combined 1,300 units, 45 story containing Studios, 1- 2- & 3-bedroom apartments.

The Madrega Project

66 South Orange Ave, Newark NJ.

Located in the heart of University Heights and within close proximity to Rutgers University with over 50,000 students, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Essex County College and New Jersey Medical School. This property will be turned into a 180 unit multi-family development.

Acquired and renovated min 2018. Mixed use building, 13 residential units and one commercial space.

Two story office buildings located in Lower Broadway in Newark.
