Jeff Blau
Jeff Blau is an American/Israeli Real Estate Developer, Investor, Businessman and Philanthropist. In 2013, Jeff began his real estate career by purchasing small properties around the tri state area and in 2016 he founded Giga Holdings LLC. Giga Holdings expanded and now has 2,500+ units in the development pipeline with 500 completed. Now focusing on Newark NJ, Giga Holdings has been involved in the purchasing and developing of over $1 Billion in real estate properties. With over 20 years of construction experience, Jeff brings a unique outlook to the developers world. In 2019, Jeff expanded his platform to Co-founding several successful businesses. Giga Holdings then began acquiring existing businesses and expanding their growth and raising profits with proper leadership and expertise.

Rachel Blau
Originally from Israel, Rachel Blau migrated to United States. She then pursued her passion for real estate and became a real estate agent. She acquired her realtor license from 2017. Rachel brings 8 years of experience in the real estate industry with a serious commitment to meeting her clients need while renting properties quickly. Rachel understands and value the trust her clients place in her and strive daily to exceed their expectations and provide high-quality, personalized service to each client. With honesty Rachel will answer any real estate questions and access information on any property to help her client find the perfect place to live in.

Yossi Schwarzmer
Residing in Brooklyn, Yossi Schwarzmer, who was originally in Commercial Insurance, was involved in binding over $10M annually in Commercial policies, mainly large real estate portfolios. Being fascinated by the Real Estate end, he joined Giga Holdings in 2022 as COO to pursue a career in Real Estate. He oversees the entire development process of many multi-Million dollar projects from start to finish, and then through management to ensure its success. Yossi led the acquisition and launching of multiple successful businesses.

Aryeh Morris
Aryeh Morris brings over two decades of expertise as a Chief Financial Officer in the real estate development sector. At Giga Holdings, Aryeh has spearheaded financial control and reporting initiatives, implemented strategic business plans, and led successful underwriting and acquisition efforts. Aryeh’s leadership at Migdal Partners, and Noodle included building robust financial controls and overseeing recruitment and training, resulting in streamlined operations and enhanced transparency. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management software, Aryeh combines strategic vision with hands-on financial management to drive success at every level.

2024: Central Pointe Project
Approved for 77 units, this project will consist of 1- 2- & 3-bedroom apartments. Lots of amenities and balconies.
2024: Kaslander Lumber
In 2024, we purchased the Newark classic, Kaslander Lumber. Even after 50 years they are still a popular destination for Contractors and Do-It-Yourself Pros alike. Additionally, the land is suitable to build 250+ units.
2023: The Mulberry Pointe Project
Located in Downtown Newark, we purchased this land in 2023 with big dreams. It has an operating paring lot for Prudential center and neighboring Government buildings. Our plans are to erect two 45 story towers with all the amenities and luxury anyone can ask for, with an affordability edge.
2023: Perlen Steel
In 2023, we purchased the legendary Perlen Steel Company in Newark NJ. With over 4o years in the Elevator industry, Perlen Steel has their equipment running in iconic buildings in and around the tri-state area. Additionally, the riverfront land is suitable to build 700+ units on it.
2022: 260 Broadway Office Project
This two story office building is the home of our offices. Currently an office building, but with the new re-zoning in Newark, we expect to build 60 units on this site.
2022: The 222 Bloomfield Ave Project
In 2022 we purchased this vacant land with intent to build a mixed use of 150 luxury units and 10,000 sq ft of commercial space. It is across the street from Branch Brook Park and its adjacent sports complex.
2022: The Madrega Project
Located in the heart of University Heights and within close proximity to Rutgers University with over 50,000 students, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Essex County College and New Jersey Medical School. This property is currently a developmental site, adjacent to Newark Downtown and Shop Right. The 31,000 SF space will be turned into a 180 units residential building and is part of a master redevelopment plan for the Springfield-Belmont Essex County neighborhood. It is easily accessible by Broad Street Station, NJ Transit light rail crossing, NJ Transit buses/trains, Newark Penn Station and Newark Liberty International Airport which is approximately an 18-minute drive away making University Heights desirable for living. It is also conveniently located to The Newark Museum of Art and Veterans Memorial Park.
2022: The Riviera Hotel Project
Existing 220 rooms Historic hotel conveniently located close to mass transit. These units are approximately 10 minute away from the Newark Liberty International Airport and a train ride from the Newark Penn Station to Manhattan. It is also located close to the Prudential Center and New Jersey Performing Arts Center which is approximately a 5 minute drive.
2021: The 39 Madison project
Construction is under way for this 80 units multifamily building, containing Studios, 1- 2- & 3-bedroom apartments.
